Boyd Graham first learned to cook on his grandmother’s Kentucky farm. Fresh and seasonal are key. “She wouldn’t pick the corn until the water was boiling.” In New York he studied at the Peter Kump School of Culinary Arts. He then continued on at several of the city’s top restaurants including Summerhouse and Juanita’s. After working with Anne Ferril at A Delicate Balance Catering he became executive chef for Great American Catering, overseeing both their in-house party spaces as well as serving businesses and private homes. There he used an eclectic approach, fusing classic American fare with the many ethnic cuisines available in the city. Original and inspired Boyd Graham Catering is comfort food presented in a fresh and elegant way.
